Application of Aluminum Body Manufacturing Processes in the Field of New Energy Automobile Lightweighting

This production line has successfully achieved multi-process integration and introduced robotic vision systems for online welding quality inspection. By leveraging IoT for equipment data acquisition, along with CMEC’s proprietary robotic vision perception, flexible robotic integration, and intelligent welding technologies, the line realizes an unmanned production model with a compact layout. It operates at a cycle time of 318 seconds per unit and delivers an annual output of 150,000 units. Furthermore, the line is supported by a proprietary invention patent for automated robotic riveting equipment, which is fully independently developed and owned.

Unmanned Robotic Automation Line for Power Battery Trays

The automated production line project for power battery trays, encompassing initial process planning, robot selection, implementation of new FDS riveting technology, laser cleaning, automated grinding, leak testing, NC system integration, automated warehouse (AS/RS) setup, and complete line commissioning, was entirely independently developed, designed, and manufactured by China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC). This project serves as a exemplary case of an unmanned, robotic smart factory, achieving industry-leading levels in both technological integration and production efficiency.
