This system utilizes multiple 6-axis robots, an automated storage rack (roller conveyor), and an automatic rotatable stacking mechanism. Equipped with automatic scanning devices, it reads board classification information and automatically assigns temporary storage locations based on board specifications. When boards arrive at the designated position, the robotic arm picks them up and places them into the temporary storage unit, completing the storage process. When all required boards are available, the system controls the output sequence: the robotic arm retrieves the necessary boards from the storage units, places them onto the outgoing roller conveyor, and sequentially stacks them before outputting them as bundled packages. This achieves intelligent sorting and palletizing of boards by package.
